We emphasize these FOUR Pilar's by engaging in the following below:

Our program emphasizes overall well-being, offering training on essential skills like swimming, CPR certification, First-Aid certification, and identifying heart health issues. Mental health is another priority, and we recognize that many teens struggle to navigate life stressors. We aim to assist both teens and their families by providing mental health education, support, and mentorship.

Our family education and mentoring services improve social skills, problem-solving, moral reasoning, cognitive style, self-control, and impulse management. We focus on reducing school dropouts and improving family engagement, especially in at-risk youth from low to moderate-income families. Our C4 College Tour program provides college exposure and readiness by visiting various colleges during the summer months.

Quarterly, we offer financial literacy sessions in partnership with local financial organizations. These sessions increase awareness and teach basic banking skills. Our community-based financial education includes practice with real-life scenarios, where our teen girls use donated gift cards to learn essential skills in managing finances.

Each quarter, our teen girls, volunteers, board members, and mentors actively give back to the community. By partnering with local nonprofits, we help with tasks and teach our girls valuable social skills while learning the importance of community service.

The Circle of SistAhood offers a unique mentorship program that caters to the needs of teens and families in the Southern Sector of Dallas, TX. Our licensed professionals work with both teens and their families in a holistic manner. The program covers a wide range of areas, including social skills, mental health education, college exposure, self-esteem building, safety demonstrations, family and community engagement, financial literacy, educational success, and bi-monthly group sessions. We foster a safe space for open conversations about mental health and family issues, providing opportunities for healing within the family unit.

Our partnership with Chautology Speaks P.L.U.S. (Parents, Learning, Understanding, and Succeeding) program offers monthly mentoring, workshops, private coaching, and bonding exercises for parents of our teen girls. Parents receive tools, techniques, self-empowerment resources, and the support of an accountability partner. The goal of the P.L.U.S. program is to build healthy, happy, and thriving families by addressing family conflict, breaking generational curses, building self-esteem, and helping parents support their teens.

Each year, we host 2-3 community events designed to engage teen girls across the Dallas-Fort Worth communities. These events focus on building relationships, self-empowerment, college readiness, team building, health education, and creating safe spaces for girls to "BE YOU." Through these events, we aim to strengthen mental and emotional health, while promoting financial literacy and personal growth.

The P.L.U.S. Program (Parents Learning, Understanding, and Succeeding) was created to support the emotional well-being, personal growth, and success of parents, guardians, and caregivers.
While youth programs often focus on developing the child, parents and caregivers frequently receive little support despite carrying the responsibility of reinforcing those lessons at home. P.L.U.S. was designed to bridge that gap by creating meaningful opportunities for the adults raising and influencing the next generation.
Rather than focusing solely on how to raise children, P.L.U.S. focuses on supporting the adults raising them. The program creates space for parents and caregivers to invest in their own well-being, personal growth, communication, and emotional health—because the well-being of a family is deeply connected to the well-being of the adults leading it.

The C4HER College Tour Experience is an educational enrichment program designed to inspire and empower young women by exposing them to college campuses, career opportunities, and the pathways to higher education.
Through guided college visits, participants gain firsthand experience of campus life while learning about academic programs, admissions requirements, student organizations, scholarships, financial aid, and career preparation. These experiences help students broaden their horizons, build confidence, and begin envisioning their future beyond high school.
Our goal is to equip young women with the knowledge, motivation, and resources needed to make informed decisions about their educational and career journeys. By connecting students with colleges, universities, and professionals, we encourage them to dream boldly, set goals, and pursue excellence.
What The Participants Will Experience?
Why C4HER?
At C4HER, we believe that exposure creates opportunity. The College Tour Experience helps young women see what is possible, build aspirations for their future, and gain the confidence to pursue their educational goals. Whether participants are exploring colleges for the first time or preparing to make important decisions about their future, this experience provides valuable insight and encouragement every step of the way.
Join us as we explore campuses, discover opportunities, and empower the next generation of college-bound leaders.

The Circle of SistAhood is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and positive female mentors to help guide teen girls ages 12–17 as they navigate life's challenges and opportunities.
Our mentors play a vital role in providing encouragement, support, leadership, and real-world guidance to young women from underserved communities throughout Ellis, Dallas, and Tarrant Counties.
Through meaningful connections, group activities, educational workshops, community service projects, and college and career exploration, mentors help inspire confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
No special experience is required just a genuine heart for serving, listening, and making a difference. If you are committed to being a positive role model and helping shape the future of young women, we invite you to join our village.
Together, we can empower teen girls to dream bigger, lead boldly, and become the best version of themselves.
