Mrs. Smith serves the community with her expertise and knowledge as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a proud member of the Texas Counseling Association and Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Incorporated as the Social Action Community Chair. Mrs. Smith values and loves serving the community in many positive ways. Mrs. Smith has over 15 years of working with children, teens, and families in the social services field, mentorship, counseling, hospital settings, and advocacy aspects. Mrs. Smith's vision and dream consists of helping save lives of individuals, breaking mental and emotional barriers , providing advocacy and safe spaces for teen girls while teaching and mentoring them. Mrs. Smith has the passion to assist teens with developing healthy skills sets for growth and development through the toughest years of life .

Mrs. Hollins current work ethic include serving as a Supervisor for CASA ( Court Appointed Special Advocate) in the Dallas County, Texas area. Mrs. Hollins owns and operates her own coaching and consulting business ( Chauntology Speaks). Mrs. Hollins also oversees our parenting program to assist with healing our families as a whole. Mrs. Hollins trilled personality and valuable knowledge acts as a great resource for our teens and families for our SistAhood!

Michele loves working, advocating and providing for individuals and their families. Michele is passionate about seeing our teen girls elevate to the next level of their lives. Ms. Watson is currently retired from her working years and enjoys spending with her time volunteering for many different organizations. Ms. Watson also loves spending quality time with her family and at the local Senior Activity Center.

Ms. Moore also owns and operates her own mental health practice, A Reason To Smile Counseling serving adults, couples, and families. Ms. Moore has over 20 years working with teens, adults, and families to include experiences at Child Protective Services as a social services worker, John Peter Smith Hospital as a social worker for the Young Women's program, and Uplift Education as a social/emotional counselor. Ms. Moore experiences and expertise will bring a very valuable piece of the puzzle to our organization. Ms. Moore fun filled laughs, courageous personality and knowledgeable community and social skill sets will help elevate our teen girls to the next level.
